Tequila Samuel spent years building expertise across two worlds that most people keep separate: the art of interior design and the discipline of operational systems. With a background that spans revenue cycle management, data analytics, project coordination, and more than eight years of hands-on interior decorating experience, she developed something rare — the ability to see a space and a business at the same time.
When she made the decision to go all in on Luxe Home Aesthetics, she did not just bring creativity to the table. She brought structure, strategy, and the kind of relentless resourcefulness that only comes from building something real under real pressure.
She recently completed her Certification for Professional Interior Decorator through the University of Richmond — formalizing years of lived expertise with the academic credential to match. Her studies deepened her command of space planning, color theory, lighting design, material selection, and project coordination — disciplines she has been practicing long before the program began.
Today, Tequila channels all of it — the design eye, the business mind, the systems thinking, and the lived experience — into every Luxe engagement. She works with mid-term rental property owners, real estate investors, and design entrepreneurs across Richmond and beyond, transforming underperforming spaces into elevated, high-earning properties through intentional design, strategic positioning, and intelligent operational systems.
