  • Questionnaire: All packages require a completed Custom E-Design questionnaire before work begins.

  • Photos: Clients must submit photos of the space.

  • Timeline: Turnaround is typically ~3 weeks from questionnaire and photos received (Classic Luxe: ~1–2 weeks). Rush options may be available on request.

  • Revisions: Item revisions allowed based on package tier (Classic Luxe: none, Premier Luxe: up to 2, Grande: up to 3).

  • Consultation: Included with Grande; optional for Classic Luxe and Premier Luxe. Must be scheduled before the project begins.

  • Measurements: Required for Premier Luxe and Grande if you want precise sourcing; optional but recommended for best results.

  • Staging Guidance: Provided in Premier Luxe and Grande packages to ensure cohesive, functional spaces.

  • Display: Our E-Designs are currently provided as 2D displays as shown here in the product photo for Grande

  • Item Use: Items are sourced for inspiration and e-design purposes. Clients are responsible for purchasing and staging.

  • Future Use: E-Designs may be used for marketing or future Instant E-Designs.

  • Submissions: Questionnaires should be submitted within 3 business days.

  • Deadlines: To avoid cancellation without refund, submit within 5 business days of purchase.

  • Item Revision Requests: Submit within 7 days of E-Design delivery. Must include details of requested changes.

  • Kitchens & Bathrooms: Not yet available.

  • Staging: To be completed by the client.
