  • A consultation is included with Grande and optional for Classic Luxe and Premier Luxe; it must be scheduled before the project starts.

  • Measurements are required for Premier Luxe and Grande for accurate sourcing; optional but recommended otherwise.

  • Staging guidance is included in Premier Luxe and Grande. All staging is completed by the client.

  • Designs are delivered as 2D displays (as shown in the Grande product photo).

  • Items are provided for inspiration; clients are responsible for purchasing and installation.

  • Designs may be used for future marketing or Instant E-Designs.

  • Questionnaires must be submitted within 3 business days (within 5 business days to avoid cancellation without refund).

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of design delivery.

  • Kitchens and bathrooms are not currently available.
